SNETTERTON BRITISH GT ON TV
Highlights of the British GT races at Snetterton begin broadcasting this weekend, with programmes on all three of the championship’s broadcast partner’s.
Matty and team mate Jack Mitchell enjoyed a strong weekend in Norfolk, as they demonstrated front running pace throughout the meeting and took a solid third place in race one.
Fired up after being collided with in that race while battling for second, Matty was locked in a fight for a second podium finish of the weekend when he was forced into early retirement through a mechanical failure on his Macmillan Racing Aston Martin Vantage.
In a change to the regular schedule, it is Motors TV who are first to air their highlights programme this weekend, with an hour long package screening from 18:55 on Saturday evening, before terrestrial broadcaster Channel 4 screen their half hour version at 07:00 on Sunday 14th
For those needing a weekday British GT fix, BT Sport 2 will be screening the hour long programme from 16:30 on Monday August 15th, with numerous repeat showings of the action from races seven and eight throughout the month.
